Refund Policy

SCOMS REFUND POLICIES:
The South Carolina Osteopathic Medical Society (SCOMS) maintains the following refund policies:

SCOMS Membership

  • SCOMS does not extend refunds nor does it transfer payments for memberships.
  • Please direct membership questions, including credit card charges in dispute, to the SCOMS Office.

SCOMS Events

  • SCOMS allows for refunds, when the event registration is cancelled in writing at least 30 days before the first day of event. Certain circumstances, those that are beyond the control of the registrant, are also eligible for a full refund.
  • Please direct questions regarding SCOMS events, charges to credit cards in dispute, and other related issues, to the SCOMS Office.
