Marriott's Smoke-Free Environment

All of the company’s lodging brands in the United States and Canada have a smoke-free policy that includes all guest rooms, restaurants, and lounges, meeting rooms, public space, and associate work areas. While there will be no smoking areas within the building, smoking will be allowed outside in special designated areas.

Cancellation Policy

All hotel reservation requests will require a one (1) night's guarantee that will be refundable only if the reservation is canceled at least seven (7) days prior to arrival date. If a guest does not check-in on the reserved check-in date (and has not notified the hotel of any changes) the room will be subject to release. If the room is released the guest will not be charged for the entire stay but will still be charged for the first night.
